Jumpy Scale – Day before week 4 WI
Well, I think I might gain this week. The scale has been jumping around all week. I think I’m doing every thing right, so I’m not sure why the scale doesn’t like me this week. I have been staying within my daily points and I think I have used 5 flex points . I am scared to use them. I know they are there to use, but is better to use some of them or all of them? Maybe not using them at all works? I really don’t know. I have been drinking 2 liters of water a day, so I know I’m drinking plenty of water. I stepped on the scale this morning and I had gained 6 ounces since last WI. Yesterday, I was over a pound from last WI. If I gain tomorrow, then I will just keep going and hope for a good week 5.
Well, tomorrow is my WI day. Gain or lose, I will be here to let you know how I did.

Good luck with your WI! I know how finicky those scales can be. If you feel good don’t worry about what they say! Have a great week.
I’ll be thinking happy thoughts for you as you weigh in tomorrow! And good for you for already thinking “if I gain, I’ll just keep going.” That’s the best thing you can do. If you’re following the plan, you *will* lose. It works.
As far as flex points go, I use almost all of mine or all of mine every week. Flexpoints keep me on track. If I didn’t have the option of eating a little more on some days, I’d never be able to stick to WW.
