Week 3 Weigh in-

So today is my week 3 Weight Watchers WI. I drank over two liters of water yesterday and I exercised twice as long. I was hoping it would make a difference today. I got up this morning as I usually do, trying to avoid stepping on the scale, but I knew I needed to get it over with since it was mid-morning and I still hadn’t had my breakfast yet. So I finally made myself get on and I lost 1.4 pounds. I am really happy with that number. So that brings me to a 8.2 pound loss in three weeks. Yay! I’m considering joining the WW meetings, in addition to my WW online. I still haven’t decided what I want to do. Maybe I’ll just go and check it out. It might be fun.

I didn’t take my measurements when I started the program, but I plan to take them today. I think the small losses won’t sound so bad if I’m losing inches. I felt really good about the extra workouts last night and so I am going to step up my exercise routine this week. Hopefully, week 4 will be a good week. :)

  2. Congratulations on a great loss! Good idea on the measuring. In my first six weeks, I lost only 10 pounds, which disappointed me, but I also lost 20 inches! Nice consolation prize. :) :)
