The end of week two – Weight Watchers

Tomorrow will my my third Weight Watchers WI.  I am a little nervous because my weight has been going up and down all week.  I probably shouldn’t be weighing myself every day, since it can be discouraging, but I do it to keep me focused on my goal.  I am thinking I’ll get the walking video from Blockbuster tomorrow.  The wind outside today was blowing about 40 mph and it was soooo cold.   I had gone to the store and could barely put the groceries in the car.  My hands and ears were frozen and my hair was a mess…lol.   I enjoy walking.  It’s probably my favorite exercise.  I’m a fast walker and I always have been, so it’s pretty easy to get my heart rate up once I get going, but it is just way too cold to even attempt.  So I’ve been using my recumbent bike every day.  I also have the Biggest Loser workout.  I think it’s the first one.  My legs are so sore after doing that workout.  There are lots of squat-type exercises.  Wow, kicks my booty.  I bought the BL workout over a year ago, and I’m just now using it…  I know, crazy!  Anyway, I do like it because I can feel it working.

So I guess I’ll post another blog tomorrow after I WI and let ya know the results.

Take care!

  3. I will have my fingers crossed for you for your weigh-in. Don’t be nervous … Weight Watchers works. If you’re following the program and you don’t lose this week, you’ll lose next week. But I bet you’ll lose!

  4. Good luck and WI tomorrow and don’t get discouraged if it’s not what you expect. Just follow the plan and it will work. I also weigh myself daily and actually use google15 to log it all. Some say it’s bad but it really does help keep me accountable and catch my weight if it starts going in the wrong direction.

  5. Good luck with the WI. Good for you being able to do squats! I’m not there yet!
