Today, I took a daily peek at my weight. I went down 4 ounces, which brings me to a 7.2 pound loss. I have never lost that much weight in such a short period of time. I feel like I have found what works for me. It’s really hard for me to cheat with WW because I seem to be eating way more than I did before I started. It’s really all about choosing the right foods and eating the right portions. I have probably only used a couple of my flex points in the past two weeks, but for some reason, it’s really hard for me to use more than that. I haven’t had any special occasions or cravings and I’ve felt really full at the end of the day, but I have been using my activity points. At this point, it apparently hasn’t been necessary that I use my flex points. I know that dipping into flex has helped some people with their weight loss, but for now, I’m just going to stick with what’s working for me.
I feel really focused right now. I know I am doing the right thing for myself and I actually feel like I’m accomplishing something for once. So if you are trying to lose weight, don’t give up, it’s worth it.
